The research method was semi-experimental and with a pre-test-post-test- follow-up design with control group. The statistical population of this study included male students with developmental disorder in Ahvaz city. From the mentioned population, a sample of 39 subjects who were eligible for inclusion in the study was selected by available sampling method. After the Trail Making Test as a pre-test, they were randomly assigned to three groups: Exercise Dual task (n=13), single task training (n=13) and control (n=13). Then, the two experimental groups performed a selected training program with different conditions for 8 weeks and 3 sessions each 45 minutes each week. At the end, all subjects were followed by a Trail Making Test and two months later, a follow-up test. Data analysis using one-way covariance analysis as well as t-test showed that in post-test, cognitive flexibility in dual task group was superior to both single and control group (P < 0.05). In the follow-up test, this superiority remained only rather than the control group. Also, the single task group was superior to the control group in the post-test (P <0.05). Compared to single-task approaches, dual-task-based exercises can improve the cognitive flexibility of children with developmental coordination disorder, so using this method in the planning of classes is suggested for this group of children.}, keywords = {dual-task,single-task,Cognitive flexibility,developmental coordination disorder}, title_fa = {تاثیر یک دوره برنامه تمرینی منتخب تحت شرایط تکلیف دوگانه و منفرد بر انعطاف پذیری شناختی کودکان با اختلال هماهنگی رشدی}, abstract_fa = {پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر یک دوره برنامه تمرینی منتخب تحت شرایط تکلیف دوگانه و منفرد بر انعطافپذیری شناختی کودکان با اختلال هماهنگی رشدی انجام شد. روش پژوهش، نیمهآزمایشی و از نوع طرح پیشآزمون- پسآزمون- قالوآپ با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل دانشآموزان پسر مبتلا به اختلال هماهنگی رشدی شهر اهواز بود. از جامعه مذکور، نمونهای به حجم 39 نفر که واجد شرایط ورود به مطالعه بودند،  به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شد و پس از انجام آزمون ساخت دنباله به عنوان پیشآزمون، به صورت تصادفی به 3 گروه: تمرین تکلیف دوگانه (13 نفر)، تمرین تکلیف منفرد (13 نفر) و  کنترل (13 نفر) تقسیم شدند.  سپس دو گروه تجربی، برنامه تمرینی منتخب با شرایط متفاوت را به مدت 8 هفته و هر هفته 3 جلسه 45 دقیقهای انجام دادند. در انتها از همه افراد با استفاده از آزمون ساخت دنباله پسآزمون و دو ماه بعد نیز آزمون فالوآپ به عمل آمد. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از روش تحلیل کوواریانس یکراهه و همچنین آزمون تیوابسته نشان داد که در پسآزمون، انعطافپذیری شناختی در گروه تکلیف دوگانه برتر از هر دو گروه تکلیف منفرد و کنترل بود (P<0.05). در آزمون قالوآپ، این برتری تنها نسبت به گروه کنترل باقی ماند. همچنین، گروه تکلیف منفرد در پسآزمون تنها از گروه کنترل برتر بود (P<0.05). در مقایسه با رویکردهای تکلیف منفرد، تمرینات مبتنی بر رویکردهای تکلیف دوگانه میتواند منجر به بهبود بیشتر انعطافپذیری شناختی کودکان مبتلا به اختلال هماهنگی رشدی شود، لذا بهرهگیری از این روش در  برنامهریزی کلاسهای فعالیتبدنی برای این گروه از کودکان پیشنهاد می شود. }, keywords_fa = {تکلیف دوگانه,تکلیف منفرد,انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی,اختلال هماهنگی رشدی}, url = {https://jpe.atu.ac.ir/article_10319.html}, eprint = {https://jpe.atu.ac.ir/article_10319_c4b7b8f081cf9b31a6019eb93332a52e.pdf} }
