تدوین برنامه آموزشی کارکردهای اجرایی (بازداریپاسخ، بهروزرسانی، توجهپایدار) و ارزیابی میزان اثربخشی آن برکاهش نشانههای کودکان با اختلال نارسایی توجه / بیش فعالی
پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین برنامه آموزش بازداری پاسخ ، توجه پایدار و به روز رسانی و بررسی تأثیر آن بر نشانههای اختلال نارسایی توجه / بیش فعالی کودکان انجام شد. روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون - پس آزمون و پیگیری با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه کودکان با اختلال نارسایی توجه / بیش فعالی در سال تحصیلی 95- 96 مدارس منطقه 1 ، منطقه 4 و کلینیک روان شناسی منطقه3 تهران بود. بعد از انتخاب 30 آزمودنی واجد شرایط به عنوان نمونه پژوهش، به شیوه تصادفی 15 کودک در گروه آزمایش و 15 کودک در گروه گواه قرار گرفتند. به منظور بررسی نشانه های اختلال نارسایی توجه / بیش فعالی کودکان از پرسش نامه تشخیصی اختلال نارسایی توجه / بیش فعالی و برای ارزیابی کارکرد های اجرایی کودکان از آزمون های ان بک ، (CPT) ، آزمون برو- نرو استفاده شد. این برنامه توسط پژوهشگران طراحی شد و کودکان گروه آزمایشی در این برنامه16 جلسه ایی شرکت کردند و کودکان گروه گواه هیچ آموزشی دریافت نکردند. نتایج داده های به دست آمده با استفاده از روش تحلیل کوواریانس و آزمون تی نشان داد که بین میانگین نمره های گروه آزمایشی و گواه در نشانه های اختلال نارسایی توجه / بیش فعالی تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد. بنابراین می توان نتیجه گیری کرد که برنامه آموزشی بازداری پاسخ، توجه پایدار و به روز رسانی باعث کاهش معنی دار نشانه های اختلال نارسایی توجه / بیش فعالی در کودکان گروه آزمایشی شده است.

پیش بینی بازداری پاسخ بر اساس ابعاد خلق و خو در دانش آموزان دختر دارای نافرمانی مقابلهای
ه در زمینه رابطه ابعاد خلق و خو با بازداری پاسخ در دانشآموزان مبتلا به اختلال نافرمانی مقابلهای شواهد محدودی وجود دارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین نقش ابعاد خلق و خو در پیشبینی بازداری پاسخ در دانشآموزان دارای نشانههای اختلال نافرمانی مقابلهای بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه پژوهش شامل تمامی دانشآموزان دختر شهر اردبیل در سال تحصیلی 90-1389 بودند. نمونه پژوهش 75 دانشآموز دختر دارای نشانههای اختلال نافرمانی مقابلهای بودند که از میان 800 دانشآموز انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری دادهها از چکلیست اختلال نافرمانی مقابلهای و مصاحبه تشخیصی بالینی، پرسشنامه ابعاد خلق و خو و آزمون رنگ-واژه استروپ استفاده شد. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد که ابعاد نوجویی، آسیب پرهیزی، پشتکار و خودراهبری بهترین پیشبینی کنندههای بازداری پاسخ در دانشآموزان با اختلال نافرمانی مقابلهای هستند. این نتایج بیان میکند که ابعاد خلق و خود در پیشبینی بازداری پاسخ در دانشآموزان با نشانههای اختلال نافرمانی مقابلهای نقش قابلتوجهی دارد. همچنین نتایج حاضر تلویحات مهمی در زمینه پیشگیری و آسیبشناسی اختلال نافرمانی مقابلهای دارد.

تأثیر داشتن کودک با کم توانی ذهنی بر زندگی مادران: رویکرد کیفی
با در نظر گرفتن تأثیر عمیق و متقابل کودکان با کم توانی ذهنی بر زندگی اعضای خانواده و بهویژه مادران و وجود مطالعات بسیار اندک در این گروه هدف، این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تأثیر داشتن کودک با کم توانی ذهنی بر زندگی مادران انجام گرفت. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و با روش نظریه داده بنیاد انجام شد. نمونه پژوهش 22 نفر از زنان دارای کودک کمتوان ذهنی شهر یزد بودند که با روش نمونهگیری غیر-تصادفی هدفمند انتخاب شدند؛ این تعداد براساس ملاک اشباع نظری انتخاب شد و نمونه گیری تا رسیدن به اشباع دادهها ادامه یافت. برای گرداوری دادهها از مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته و عمیق استفاده شد. دادههای حاصل از مصاحبه، با روش کدگذاری نظری تجزیه و تحلیل شد. در مرحله کدگذاری باز 54 مفهوم و در مرحله کدگذاری محوری 9 مقوله به دست آمد. مقولهها عبارتند از: ضعف امکانات، رنج هزینه، تضعیف روابط اجتماعی، نارضایتی زناشویی، ضعف حمایت، دیگران سرزنشگر، دوگانگی اعتقادی، دلهرهی فرزندآوری و ترس از آینده. مقوله «مراقبت- مخاطره» به عنوان مقوله هستهای ظهور یافت. نتایج بیان کنندهی آن است که مراقبت از کودک با کم توانی ذهنی، مادر را در معرض انواع مختلفی از مخاطرات قرار میدهد. فقر فرهنگی، اقتصادی و حمایتی به عنوان شرایط علی تأثیرگذار بر پدیده مراقبت- مخاطره مادران بوده است، پیامدهای حاصل شامل طلاق عاطفی، زوال روابط، افسردگی و انصراف از بارداری بعدی است.

رابطه ابعاد پنجگانه دلبستگی با اختلالات درون نمود و برون نمود دختران نوجوان شهر تهران
هدف از این پژوهش بررسی رابطه ابعاد پنجگانه دلبستگی با اختلالات درون نمود و برون نمود دختران نوجوان شهر تهران بود. روش این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود.جامعه شامل تمامی دختران 14 تا 17 ساله شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 1395 بود که از میان جامعه آماری این پژوهش، 115 نفر با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند.اطلاعات از طریق فرم خودگزارش دهی سیاهه رفتاری کودک آخنباخ (YSR) و پرسشنامه سبکهای دلبستگی (ASQ)جمع آوری شد و دادهها با استفاده از روش همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون گامبهگام تجزیهوتحلیل شدند. تجزیه و تحلیل یافتهها نشان داد که اختلالات برون نمود با ابعاد اعتماد و نیاز به تایید به ترتیب ارتباط منفی و مثبت معناداری دارد و بعد نیاز به تایید ارتباط مثبت و معناداری با اختلالات درون نمود دارد و نتایج رگرسیون سلسله مراتبی نشان داد که بعد نیاز به تایید پیشبینی کننده اختلالات درون نمود و ابعاد اعتماد و نیاز به تایید پیش بینی کننده اختلالات برون نمود هستند. پژوهش حاضر، اهمیت نیاز به تایید را به عنوان پیشبینی معنادار اختلالات درون نمود و برون نمود در دختران نوجوان برجسته می سازد و الگوی اعتماد پایین و نیاز به تایید بالا را برای پیشبینی اختلالات برون نمود ارائه میدهد که آموزشهای لازم به والدین در خصوص نیازهای هر یک از دوره-های تحولی که میتواند در دلبستگی و درنتیجه سلامت روان فرد تاثیر بگذارد ضروری مینماید.

اثربخشی آموزش مهارتهای ارتباطی بر اضطراب اجتماعی نوجوانان پسر کمتوان ذهنی
پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسی اثربخشی آموزش مهارتهای ارتباطی بر اضطراب اجتماعی نوجوانان پسر کمتوان ذهنی شهر یزد انجام شده است. روش این پژوهش آزمایشی و طرح پژوهش از نوع پیشآزمون- پسآزمون با گروه کنترل بوده و جامعۀ آماری دانشآموزان پسر کمتوان ذهنی 11 تا 20 ساله را شامل میشد که در سال تحصیلی 94-93 در مدارس خاصّ کمتوان ذهنی شهر یزد مشغول به تحصیل بودهاند. نمونۀ این پژوهش شامل 40 دانشآموز است که بهطور تصادفی انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه (20 نفر برای هر گروه) جایگزین شدند. ابزار پژوهش، مقیاس اضطراب اجتماعی لاجرسا برای نوجوانان بود. برنامۀ آموزش مهارتهای ارتباطی طی 12 جلسۀ 50 دقیقهای بر روی گروه آزمایش اجرا شد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل دادههای جمعآوریشده، علاوه بر آمار توصیفی از آمار استنباطی مانند آزمون تحلیل کواریانس استفاده شد. یافتههای این پژوهش نشان داد که بین دو گروه آزمایش و گواه از لحاظ اضطراب اجتماعی و تمامی ابعاد آن تفاوت معنیدار وجود دارد (01/0p<). نتایج حاصل از تحلیل دادهها حاکی از آن است که آموزش مهارتهای ارتباطی باعث کاهش اضطراب اجتماعی (%58 =اندازۀ اثر) و مؤلفههای آن، یعنی ترس از ارزیابی منفی، اجتناب و اندوه اجتماعی در موقعیت جدید و اجتناب و اندوه عمومی (%30/59 =اندازۀ اثر) در دانشآموزان گروه آزمایش در مقایسه با گروه گواه شده است. از این رو این پژوهش پیشنهاد میکند که بر آموزش مهارتهای ارتباطی به دانشآموزان کمتوان ذهنی تأکید شود.

سهم هویت ، نیازهای بنیادی روانشناختی و متغیر های جمعیت شناختی در پیش بینی بهزیستی روانشناختی دانش آموزان معلول جسمی – حرکتی
چکیده : آسیبدیدگیهای جسمی- حرکتی بهعنوان یک آسیب که یک یا بیش از یکی از فعالیتهای عمدهی زندگی فرد را محدود میکند، تعریفشده است، این نوع آسیبدیدگیها مانع بروز کارآمد تواناییهای بدنی یا روانی در فرد میشوند. لذا پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی نقش هویت، نیازهای بنیادی روانشناختی و متغیرهای جمعیت شناختی در پیشبینی بهزیستی روانشناختی دانشآموزان آسیبدیده جسمی- حرکتی بود. روش بررسی به این صورت بود که نمونهای آماری مشتمل بر 200 نفر از دانشآموزان با اختلال جسمی– حرکتی که به شیوهی نمونه در دسترس انتخاب شد. برای جمعآوری دادهها از مقیاس پرسشنامههای ابعاد هویت (AIQ-IV)(چیک، اسمیت و تروپ، 2003)، بهزیستی روانشناختی (کارول ریف،1980) و مقیاس نیازهای بنیادی روانشناختی (گاردیا، دسی و ریان، 2000) استفاده شد. دادهها با آزمونهای همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه تجزیهوتحلیل شدند. تحلیل دادهها نشان داد که هویت، نیازهای بنیادی روانشناختی و متغیرهای جمعیت شناختی می تواند بهزیستی روانشناختی دانشآموزان با آسیبدیدگی جسمی – حرکتی را پیشبینی کند (001/0P<)، (005/0P<). در آخر میتوان نتیجه گرفت که مؤلفههای هویت، نیازهای بنیادی روانشناختی و متغیرهای جمعیت شناختی عامل اثرگذاری در ایجاد بهزیستی روانشناختی دانشآموزان با آسیبدیدگی جسمی– حرکتی است.

اثربخشی توانبخشی شناختی رایانه ای بر کاهش نارسایی شناختی دانش آموزان با ناتوانی یادگیری
اختلال یادگیری ویژه ، یک اختلال عصبی تکاملی است. دانش آموزان مبتلا به این اختلال سطح بالایی از مشکلات شناختی دارند که منجر به افت تحصیلی آن ها می شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف اثربخشی توانبخشی شناختی رایانه ای بر کاهش نارسایی شناختی دانش آموزان با ناتوانی یادگیری ویژه انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون پسآزمون بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانش آموزان دختر پایه سوم تا ششم دارای ناتوانی یادگیری شهر کرمانشاه بود که نمونه ای به حجم 28 نفر انتخاب و به دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل گمارده شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه نارسایی شناختی برادبنت، پرسشنامه مشکلات یادگیری کلورادو(CLDQ) و آزمون هوش وکسلر کودکان نسخه 4 بود. برنامه توانبخشی شناختی Captain’s Log به مدت 12 جلسه 50-60 دقیقهای و دو بار در هفته برای گروه آزمایش اجرا شد. نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد برنامه توانبخشی شناختی Captain’s Log موجب کاهش نارسایی شناختی این کودکان شده است (001/0>P). نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد برنامه توانبخشی شناختی رایانهای می تواند به عنوان روشی مناسب در کاهش نارسایی شناختی کودکان به کار رود.

رابطه تابآوری و شادکامی والدین با مشکلات رفتاری دانش آموزان ابتدایی
هدف این پژوهش بررسی رابطه تابآوری و شادکامی والدین با مشکلات رفتاری دانشآموزان مقطع ابتدایی شهر اصفهان بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی دانشآموزان مقطع ابتدایی شهر اصفهان بودند که در سال 94- 1393 به تحصیل اشتغال داشتند. از این جامعه آماری تعداد 120 نفر به روش تصادفی خوشهای چندمرحلهای انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری دادهها از سه پرسشنامه تابآوری، شادکامی و فرم والدین فهرست رفتاری کودک استفاده شد. دادههای پژوهش با استفاده از همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون همزمان و تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیری تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد بین تابآوری والدین با مشکلات عاطفی، اضطرابی، بیشفعالی و رفتار مقابلهای دانشآموزان رابطه منفی معناداری وجود داشت. همچنین شادکامی والدین با مشکلات عاطفی، اضطرابی، جسمانی، بیشفعالی، رفتار مقابلهای و مشکلات سلوک دانشآموزان رابطه منفی معنادار داشت. تابآوری والدین پیشبینی کننده مشکلات بیشفعالی دانشآموزان و شادکامی والدین پیشبینی کننده مشکلات عاطفی، اضطرابی، جسمانی، رفتار مقابلهای و سلوک دانشآموزان بود. همچنین بین دانشآموزان دختر و پسر از نظر ابعاد مشکلات رفتاری تفاوتی وجود نداشت. بنابراین، نتایج نشاندهنده اهمیت تأثیر ویژگیهای والدین بر مشکلات رفتاری دانشآموزان دختر و پسر بود.

مقایسه اثربخشی خانواده درمانی کارکردی و درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر کیفیت زندگی و توانمندی خانوادههای دارای فرزند با اختلال نارسایی توجه/ بیش فعالی
با توجه به مشکلات روانی، جسمانی و ارتباطی، خانوادههای دارای فرزند با اختلال نارسایی توجه/ بیشفعالی تحقیق حاضر با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر تعهد و پذیرش و خانواده درمانی کارکردی بر کیفیت زندگی و توانمندی خانوادههای این کودکان انجام شد. این پژوهش از نوع شبهآزمایشی با پیشآزمون- پسآزمون بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه خانوادههای شهر سنندج بود که در سال 1395 به مراکز مشاوره این شهر مراجعه کرده بودند و پس از انجام مصاحبه تشخیصی، فرزند آنها تشخیص با اختلال نارسایی توجه/ بیش فعالی گرفته بود. نمونه آماری شامل 30 خانواده بودند که بهصورت نمونهگیری دردسترس از بین کسانی که به فراخوان پژوهشگر پاسخ مثبت داده بودند، انتخاب شدند و بهصورت تصادفی در 3 گروه درمان مبتنی بر تعهد و پذبرش، گروه خانواده درمانی کارکردی و گروه کنترل، جایگزین شدند. هر گروه آزمایش 9 جلسه درمانی2 ساعته دریافت کردند. ابزار جمعآوری دادهها، پرسشنامه توانمندسازی خانواده و پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی بود و دادهها با تحلیل کواریانس چندگانه در SPSS 20 تجزیه و تحلیل شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که بین میانگین نمرات پیشآزمون و پسآزمون گروههای آزمایش و کنترل تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (01/0>P) و همچنین خانواده درمانی کارکردی در افزایش توانمندی خانوادهها و ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی آنها نسبت به درمان مبتنی بر تعهد و پذیرش، موثرتر است (01/0> P). براساس نتایج بهدست آمده درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد و خانوادهدرمانی کارکردی میتوانند باعث افزایش توانمندی خانوادههای دارای فرزند با اختلال نارسایی توجه/ بیش فعالی و بهبودکیفیت زندگی آنها شوند.
