تأثیر آموزش مهارتهای جراتورزی بر بهبود روابط بین همسالان و حرمتخود دانش-آموزان دیرآموز
جراتورزی عنوان عامل مهمی در ارتقاء حرمتخود و روابط بین فردی، محسوب میشود. نتایج پژوهشها نشان دادهاند که دانشآموزان دیرآموز از نظر اعتماد به خود و برقراری روابط بین فردی مشکل دارند. هدف این پژوهش تعیین تأثیر آموزش مهارتهای جراتورزی بر بهبود روابط بین همسالان و حرمت خود دانشآموزان دیرآموز بود. روش پژوهش نیمهآزمایشی و طرح آن پیشآزمون- پسآزمون با گروه گواه بود. 24 دانشآموز پسر پایه سوم تا ششم ابتدایی شهرستان رودبار که هوش مرزی داشتند بر حسب شرایط ورود به پژوهش انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی در دو گروه دوازده نفره آزمایش و گواه جایدهی شدند. برای جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه روابط بین همسالان والتر هادسون و پرسشنامه حرمتخود کوپراسمیت استفاده شد. به افراد گروه آزمایش طی 8 جلسهی یک ساعته مهارتهای جراتورزی آموزش داده شد، در حالی که شرکتکنندگان گروه گواه آموزشی دریافت نکردند. نتایج آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس یکراهه نشان داد آموزش مهارتهای جراتورزی موجب بهبود روابط بین همسالان در دانشآموزان دیرآموز شده و نمره کل حرمتخود را در آنان افزایش داده است. بر اساس این نتایج میتوان گفت که از آموزش مهارتهای جراتورزی میتوان بهعنوان برنامه مداخلهای جهت ارتقاء روابط با همسالان و حرمتخود دانشآموزان دیرآموز استفاده کرد.

بررسی تواناییهای نیمکره راست و چپ مغز دانشآموزان تیزهوش با و بدون اختلال یادگیری
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی توانمندیهای نیمکره راست و چپ مغز دانشآموزان تیزهوش با و بدون اختلال یادگیری انجام شد. این پژوهش علی- مقایسهای بر روی 23 دانشآموز تیزهوش با اختلال یادگیری (17 دختر و 6 پسر) و 29 دانشآموز تیزهوش (16 دختر و 13 پسر) در پایههای سوم تا پنجم دبستان شهر شیراز انجام شد. به منظور شناسایی شرکتکنندگان از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند استفاده شد. در این پژوهش نسخه چهارم مقیاس هوشی وکسلر کودکان، آزمون غربالگری تشخیص اختلال در خواندن، آزمون تفکر خلاق کودکان تورنس، آزمون ریاضیات کیمت، آزمون خواندن و نارساخوانی و سیاههی مشاهدهای تیزهوشی کینگور به عنوان ابزارهای رسمی استفاده شدند و در کنار این آزمونها وضعیت پیشرفت تحصیلی، کارپوشه و نظرات مربیان نیز مورد توجه قرار گرفت. دادههای جمعآوری شده با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که در توانمندیهای نیمکره راست مغز بین دو گروه در توانمندیهای خلاقیت، شوخطبعی، سرعت پردازش دیداری، حساسیت، هوش سیال و استدلال سیال غیرکلامی تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد و در همه توانمندیهای مربوط به نیمکره چپ مغز بین دانشآموزان تیزهوش و دانشآموزان تیزهوش با اختلال یادگیری تفاوت معنادار به دست آمد. با آگاهی از نتایج این پژوهش نظام آموزشی میتواند گام مهمی در رسیدن دانشآموزان به توانمندیهای کامل آموزشی بردارد.

خودجرحی بدونخودکشی در نوجوانان بزهکار و نوجوانان با سابقه بدرفتاری دوران کودکی: انگیزهها و احتمال خودکشی
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی شیوهها و انگیزههای خودجرحی بدون خودکشی و تعیین ارتباط خودجرحی بدون خودکشی با احتمال خودکشی در نوجوانان بزهکار و نوجوانان با سابقه بدرفتاری دوران کودکی. به این منظور تعداد 238 نوجوان به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. شرکتکنندگان به فهرست رفتارهای خودجرحی بدون خودکشی، سیاهه کارکردهای خودجرحی و مقیاس احتمال خودکشی پاسخ دادند. در 51 درصد از کل دو گروه 31 نفر از گروه بزهکار و 83 نفر از گروه با سابقه بدرفتاری دوران کودکی، سابقه یکی از انواع رفتارهای خودجرحی بدون خودکشی به روشهای بریدن، سوزاندن، کتک زدن خود، کوبیدن سر به دیوار و چنگ کشیدن وجود داشت. احتمال خودکشی در نوجوانان با سابقه خودجرحی بدون خودکشی بهطور معناداری بالاتر از گروه بدون سابقه این رفتار بود. تحلیل عاملی سیاهه کارکردهای خودجرحی، انگیزههای پذیرش گروهی، ابراز آشفتگی، ضدخودکشی، اثبات خود، تمایز خود از دیگران، ضد تجزیهای، تنظیم هیجانی و انتقام گرفتن را بهعنوان انگیزههای خودجرحی بدون خودکشی شناسایی کرد. انگیزههای تنظیم هیجانی، ابراز آشفتگی و پذیرش گروهی پیشبینیکننده احتمال خودکشی است.

مقایسه نظریه ذهن و کارکرد اجرایی در دانشآموزان دارای ناتوانییادگیری و عادی
پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه نظریه ذهن و کارکرد اجرایی در دانش آموزان دارای ناتوانی یادگیری و عادی انجام گرفت. روش پژوهش حاضر علی- مقایسه ای است. جامعه ی آماری در این تحقیق شامل کلیه دانش آموزان دارای ناتوانی یادگیری و دانش آموزان عادی دبستانی شهر اردبیل می باشد که در سال تحصیلی 91-92 در مدارس شهرستان اردبیل مشغول به تحصیل بودند. نمونه پژوهش شامل 60 دانش آموز (30 نفر دانش آموز عادی و 30 نفر دانش آموز مبتلا به ناتوانی یادگیری) بود. دانش آموزان مبتلا به ناتوانی یادگیری به صورت تصادفی ساده از مرکز توانبخشی دانش آموزان دارای ناتوانی یادگیری شهر اردبیل انتخاب شدند. همچنین 30 دانش آموزان عادی به شیوه همتاسازی بر اساس سن، جنسیت و پایه تحصیلی به صورت تصادفی خوشهای از مدارس عادی استان اردبیل انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری داده های پژوهش از آزمون باور نادرست دسته اول و دوم، آزمون ایجاد نقش و خرده آزمون حافظه ارقام استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها آزمون تجزیه و تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیری(MANOVA) به کار رفت. نتایج نشان داد که بین دانشآموزان با و بدون ناتوانی یادگیری در سطوح اول و دوم نظریه ذهن تفاوت معنی داری وجود داشت (001/0P<). همچنین بر اساس نتایج، دانشآموزان دارای ناتوانی یادگیری و دانشآموزان عادی در کارکردهای اجرایی تفاوت معنی داری داشتند. (05/0P<). در مجموع میتوان گفت کودکان دارای ناتوانی یادگیری دارای نقص در مهارتهای نظریه ذهن هستند و اینکه کودکان با ناتوانیهای یادگیری در مقایسه با کودکان عادی دارای ضعف درکنشهای اجرایی هستند که باید با ابزارهای استاندارد ارزیابی و مداخلات متناسب برای آنها طراحی شود.

اثربخشی بازی درمانی شناختی رفتاری بر پرخاشگری و اختلال املاء در کودکان دبستانی
پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی بازی درمانی شناختی رفتاری بر پرخاشگری و اختلال املاء کودکان دبستانی انجام شد. روش پژوهش نیمهآزمایشی و طرح آن پیشآزمون پسآزمون با گروه گواه بود. نمونه شامل 24 دختر و پسر دبستانی بین سنین 7 تا 12 سال بودند که به روش در دسترس انتخاب و بهطور تصادفی در دو گروه 12 نفره آزمایش و گواه جایگزین شدند. مداخله بازی درمانی شناختی رفتاری به مدت 12 جلسهی یک ساعته بهصورت هفتگی به افراد گروه آزمایش آموزش داده شد. به منظور جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه پرخاشگری شهیم و آزمون محقق ساخته املاء استفاده شد. نتایج آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد بازی درمانی شناختی رفتاری موجب کاهش پرخاشگری کودکان گروه آزمایش در هر سه مؤلفه جسمانی، رابطهای و واکنشی شده بود. همچنین مداخله آموزشی موجب کاهش اختلال املاء در گروه آزمایش شده است. میتوان نتیجه گرفت که بازی درمانی شناختی رفتاری در کاهش پرخاشگری و بهبود اختلال املاء کودکان دبستانی روشی موثر است و در طرحریزی رویکردهای درمانی برای این گروه از کودکان میتواند امیدبخش باشد.

تاثیر الگوی آموزش خوشبینی به روش ایفای نقش بر کاهش افسردگی نوجوانان دختر کمبینا
هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین تاثیر الگوی آموزش خوشبینی به روش ایفای نقش بر کاهش افسردگی نوجوانان دختر کمبینای شهر تهران بود. پژوهش با روش نیمه آزمایشی و طرح پیشآزمون- پسآزمون با گروه گواه انجام شد. تعداد 20 دختر نوجوان کمبینای افسرده که در مقطع راهنمایی مدرسه نابینایان نرجس تهران در سال تحصیلی 92- 1391 مشغول به تحصیل بودند، با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب و با روش تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه جایگزین شدند. شرکتکنندگان گروه آزمایش طی ده جلسه یک ساعته بهصورت گروهی آموزش ایفای نقش را دریافت کردند، اما به گروه گواه آموزشی در این زمینه داده نشد. دادههای پژوهش بهوسیله آزمون افسردگی کودکان و نوجوانان جمعآوری و با آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد آموزش خوشبینی به روش ایفای نقش در کاهش افسردگی نوجوانان کمبینا تاثیر معنادار داشته است. بنابراین، میتوان نتیجه گرفت که آموزش خوشبینی به روش ایفای نقش میتواند بر کاهش افسردگی نوجوانان کمبینا تاثیر نسبتاً پایداری داشته باشد.

اثربخشی روش واقعیتدرمانی بر کاهش نشانههای دانشآموزان پسر با اختلال نافرمانی مقابلهای
پژوهش حاضر به منظور تعیین اثربخشی روش واقعیتدرمانی بر کاهش نشانههای اختلال نافرمانی مقابلهای در دانشآموزان پسر پایه پنجم و ششم دبستان در شهر تهران انجام شد. روش پژوهش، از نوع آزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون- پسآزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را دانشآموزان پسر پایه پنجم و ششم دبستآنهای پسرانه شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 94-1393 تشکیل میدادند. نمونهگیری به روش تصادفی خوشهای چندمرحلهای انجام شد. پس از تکمیل پرسشنامه نشانههای مرضی کودکان توسط معلمان، 30 دانشآموز که در شاخص نافرمانی مقابلهای پرسشنامه نشانههای مرضی کودکان نمره بالاتر از نمره برش کسب کردند، انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل گمارده شدند. دانشآموزان گروه آزمایش 10 جلسه 90 دقیقهای روش واقعیتدرمانی را دریافت کردند. بعد از پایان جلسات، پسآزمون از آنها به عمل آمد. برای تحلیل آماری دادهها نیز از روش تحلیل کوواریانس استفاده شد. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده، در گروه آزمایش، نسبت به گروه کنترل، در مرحله پسآزمون کاهش معناداری در شدت نشانههای اختلال نافرمانی مقابلهای مشاهده شد (001/0p>). با توجه به یافتههای این پژوهش، روش واقعیتدرمانی، منجر به کاهش نشانههای اختلال نافرمانی مقابلهای در دانشآموزان میشود و میتوان از آن به عنوان یک روش مداخلهای مؤثر استفاده کرد.

عاملهای بنیادی در اختلالهای کودکان بر پایه سیاهه رفتاری کودک آخنباخ و رسکولار
هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین عاملهای بنیادی در اختلالهای کودکان بر پایه سیاهه رفتاری کودک آخنباخ و رسکولار بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی کودکان و نوجوانان مراجعه کننده به مراکز درمانی و مشاوره شهرستان اردبیل در شش ماهه دوم سال 1391 بودند. گروه نمونه شامل 200 نفر از کودکان و نوجوانان (88 پسر و 112 دختر) مراجعه کننده به کلینیکهای درمانی بودند که به روش در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش سیاهه رفتاری کودک آخنباخ و رسکولار بود. تحلیل عامل اکتشافی نشان داد که سه عامل برونریزی، درونریزی (اضطرابی) و جسمانیشده قابل استخراج است. همچنین، نتایج نشان داد که دو اختلال مشکلات تفکر و توجه به علت حضور در دو عامل 1 و 3، بیشتر بهعنوان یک عامل مشترک در آسیبشناسی روانی کودک و نوجوان عمل میکنند. بر این اساس میتوان گفت که سه عامل اختلالهای برونریزی، درونریزی و جسمانیشده بهعنوان اختلالهای محوری هستند که بهوسیله سیاهه رفتاری کودک آخنباخ و رسکولار قابل شناسایی هستند. مشکلات تفکر، اجتماعی و توجه بهعنوان عوامل مشترکِ قابل طبقهبندی محسوب میشوند. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش میتوان گفت سیاهه رفتاری کودک ابزار مناسبی برای استفاده در موقعیتهای بالینی و پژوهشی است.

اثربخشی آموزش مهارتهای ارتباطی بر اضطراب اجتماعی نوجوانان پسر کمتوان ذهنی
پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی آموزش مهارتهای ارتباطی بر اضطراب اجتماعی نوجوانان پسر کمتوان ذهنی شهر یزد انجام شد. روش پژوهش نیمهآزمایشی و طرح آن پیشآزمون پسآزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری شامل دانشآموزان پسر کمتوان ذهنی 11 تا 20 ساله را شامل میشدند که در سال تحصیلی 94-1393 در مدارس کمتوان ذهنی شهر یزد مشغول به تحصیل بودند. نمونه شامل 40 دانشآموز بود که بهطور تصادفی انتخاب و در دو گروه 20 نفره آزمایش و گواه جایگزین شدند. ابزار پژوهش مقیاس اضطراب اجتماعی لاجرسا برای نوجوانان بود. برنامه آموزش مهارتهای ارتباطی طی 12 جلسه 50 دقیقهای به شرکتکنندگان گروه آزمایش آموزش داده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها علاوه بر آمار توصیفی از آمار استنباطی مانند آزمون t مستقل و تحلیل واریانس استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین دو گروه آزمایش و گواه از لحاظ اضطراب اجتماعی و تمامی ابعاد آن تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل دادهها نشانگر آن بود که آموزش مهارتهای ارتباطی باعث کاهش اضطراب اجتماعی و مؤلفههای آن، یعنی ترس از ارزیابی منفی، اجتناب و اندوه اجتماعی در موقعیت جدید و اجتناب و اندوه عمومی در دانشآموزان گروه آزمایش در مقایسه با گروه گواه شده است. از اینرو پیشنهاد میشود که بر آموزش مهارتهای ارتباطی به دانشآموزان کمتوان ذهنی تأکید شود.
