The primary objective of the present study was to provide a systematic review of neurodevelopmental disorders which are associated with deafness in children. The present review study was conducted and obtained through comprehensive search and utilizing keywords including: deafness, comorbid disorder, neurodevelopmental disorder, and hearing impairment in Web of Science, Google Scholar, ScienceDirect databases that had been published between 2009 and 2019. Ultimately, 23 scientific papers were chosen in accordance with the primary objective of the research project and the inclusion criteria & research findings were then extracted. Out of the 24 chosen papers, 13 papers (56.52%) had focused on etiology and the prevalence of disorders, 7 papers (30.43%) had focused on evaluation, 3 papers (13.04%) had focused on rehabilitation and intervention. Bearing in mind that comorbid disorders affect the effectiveness of intervention programs and treatments such as hearing aids, cochlear implants, and rehabilitation, it is considered essential to pay close attention to expert evaluations and experts' knowledge & awareness regarding the early diagnosis of comorbid disorders which are associated with deafness همبودی اختلالات عصب-تحولی ناشنوایی در پژوهش‌های متعددی تایید شده که این موضوع لزوم توجه بیشتر به رویکردهای تشخیصی و توانبخشی در این حوزه را برجسته می‌سازد. هدف مطالعه حاضر مروری نظامدار بر اختلالات عصب-تحولی همبود با ناشنوایی در کودکان می‌باشد. مطالعه مروری حاضر با جستجوی جامع و با استفاده از کلیدواژه‌های Deafness‌، Comorbid Disorder‌، Neurodevelopmental Disorder و Hearing Impairment در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی Web of Science‌،‌ Google scholar ‌،‌Sciencedirect صورت گرفت و کلیه مقالات چاپ شده در بازه زمانی 20009 تا 2019 جمع‌آوری شدند. در نهایت 23 مقاله منطبق با هدف پژوهش و ملاک‌های ورود انتخاب و یافته‌های پژوهش استخراج شدند. از 23 مقاله منتخب‌،‌ به ترتیب 13 مقاله ‌(52/56 درصد) به سبب‌شناسی و میزان شیوع اختلالات‌،‌ 7 مقاله ‌(43/30 درصد) به ارزیابی و 3 مقاله (04/13 درصد) به ‌توانبخشی و مداخله اختصاص داده شدند. از این تعداد مقالات 6 مقاله به صورت کلی به سبب‌شناسی‌،‌ ارزیابی و ‌توانبخشی اختلالات ‌عصب-تحولی همبود با ناشنوایی پرداخته بودند. با توجه به این که اختلالات همبود اثربخشی برنامه‌های مداخله‌ای اعم از سمعک‌،‌ کاشت حلزون شنوایی و ‌توانبخشی را تحت‌شعاع قرار می‌دهد لزوم توجه به ارزیابی‌های تخصص و نیز آگاهی متخصصان در شناسایی هر چه زودتر اختلالات همبود با ‌ناشنوایی ضروری است https://jpe.atu.ac.ir/article_12328_0b2978ae0ca8efbfbf5af006bd7b4298.pdf
