Having a child with Autistic Disorder can lead to experience unpleasant emotions in their parents. Therefore, This study aims to determine the effectiveness of reality therapy training to increase responsibility and happiness in the mothers of children with Autism disorder. This research was of a semi-experimental with pre-test and post-test and control group. By applying the available sampling, 31 mothers of children with Autism were selected and assigned randomly as experimental and control groups having 15 and 16 people respectively. The experimental group received group reality therapy training for seven treatment sessions (90 minutes for each session), while the control group was not exposed to any intervention. The data were collected using happiness questionnaire (Argyl) and responsibility (Gaff). The results of multivariate analysis indicated that there is significantly difference in scores of two groups in happiness and responsibility. thus, the group reality therapy training allows for a increase in the responsibility and happiness among mothers of the experimental group. According to the results obtained, group reality therapy training can be useful and applicable as the psychological therapeutic interventions for increasing happiness as well as responsibility in the mothers of children with Autism.

The present study is a semi-experimental two-group pretest-posttest design. The statistical population of all mothers with children with special learning disorder was in Tabas city during the academic year 1396-1396. To collect data, a sample of 30 people was selected by simple random sampling. The tools used to achieve the research goals were Oxford Happiness Questionnaire (Hill and Argyle, 2002) and Reif's Psychological Well-being Scale (1989). For data analysis, descriptive statistics such as mean, standard deviation and single covariance analysis Variable and Multivariate. The findings showed that the mean of the experimental group in the components of psychological well-being and happiness increased compared to the control group. It can be said that forgiveness education has been effective on the psychological well-being and happiness of mothers of students with special learning disorder, therefore the results represent new horizons in clinical interventions and can be used as an effective intervention method.

The aim of this research was to survey the effectiveness of positivism group training program on increasinghappinessandhardiness among mothers of blind children. The research method was semi-experimental one, based on pretest - posttest with control group. Statistical population included all the mothers who had a blind childin the city of Tehran. These children were studying in blinds schools of Tehran. The sample included 30 mothers of fore mentioned population. These mothers were selected according topurposeful sampling method and they were randomly assigned into two groups (15 in experimental group and 15 in control group). The experimental group was taught positivism in 10 sessions. The subjects in experimental and control group were assessed in 2 stages (pretest and posttest) by happinessandhardiness questionnaire. The achieved data were analyzed by the covariance analytical statistic method. The research results showed that positivism group training program was effective on increasing happinessandhardiness among mothers who had a blind child (P≤0.05). The people with more hardiness have higher levels of happiness.
