چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثر بخشی آموزش والدگری آدلری بر کاهش تعارضات مادر ـ فرزندی در نوجوانان دختر انجام شده است. روش تحقیق از نوع شبه آزمایشی است و طرحی که از آن استفاده شده، طرح «پیش آزمون ـ پس آزمون با گروه گواه» است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه ی دا نش آموزان دختر پایه ی اول و دوم دبیرستان شهر اردکان در سال 97-1396 است که سن آن ها بین 17-15 سال است. روش نمونه گیری نیز به این صورت بود که از بین دبیرستان های شهر اردکان، یک دبیرستان به صورت در دسترس انتخاب شد. در این تحقیق به منظور اندازه گیری تعارض بین والدین و فرزندان از مقیاس تاکتیک های تعارض استفاده شده است. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل کوواریانس داده ها نشان داد که آموزش والدین آدلری بر کاهش تعارضات والد ـ فرزندی و نیز افزایش مهارت استدلال موثر بوده، در حالی که بر کاهش پرخاشگری کلامی و پرخاشگری فیزیکی تاثیری نداشته است. بر این اساس می توان نتیجه گرفت تلفیق رویکرد آدلری در آموزش به والدین با رویکردهای هیجان مدار می تواند طیف بیشتری از مسائل والد ـ نوجوان را پوشش داده و به حل و فصل آنها کمک کند.
