تدوین الگوی رنج تعالی بخش در والدین کودکان با اختلال طیف اتیسم: یک پژوهش داده بنیاد

چکیده
رشد پس از سانحه یک تغییر روان‌شناختی مثبت است که ممکن است به بهبودی والدین آسیب دیده کمک کند. بنابراین هدف از پژوهش حاضر تدوین الگوی رنج تعالی‌بخش در والدین کودکان با اختلال طیف اتیسم بود. این پژوهش به شیوه کیفی و رویکرد داده‌بنیاد در سال 1403 در شهر اصفهان انجام شد. گروه نمونه با انتخاب 27 والد با تجربه رشد پس از سانحه (با اذعان مشارکت‌کنندگان به تجربه رشد و کسب نمره دو انحراف استاندارد بالاتر از میانگین در آزمون رشد پس از آسیب تدسچی و کالهون (1996) توسط مشارکت‌کنندگان) به اشباع نظری رسید. روش نمونه‌گیری، هدفمند و برای جمع آوری داده‌ها از روش مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختار‌یافته استفاده شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با روش نظام‌مند اشتراوس و کوربین (2008) در سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی انجام شد و یافته‌ها شامل 140 کد باز، 30 کد محوری و 5 کد انتخابی بود. بر اساس نتایج حاصل از پژوهش، الگوی داده‌بنیاد، مشتمل بر عوامل علّی، عوامل زمینه‌ساز، عوامل مداخله‌گر، راهبرد‌ها و پیامد‌ها تدوین شد. بر اساس نتایج می‌توان گفت این الگو می‌تواند راهگشای روان‌شناسان و مشاوران در جهت افزایش ظرفیت رشد پس از سانحه والدین کودکان با اختلال طیف اتیسم باشد.

Post traumatic growth is a positive psychological change that may help traumatized parents recover. Therefore, the aim of the current study was to develop a sublime suffering model in parents of children with autism spectrum disorder. This study was conducted in 2024 in the city of Isfahan using a qualitative method and a grounded theory approach. The sample group reached theoretical saturation by selecting 27 parents with post traumatic growth (with the participants acknowledging the experience of growth and obtaining a score two standard deviations higher than the average in the post-traumatic growth test by Tedeschi & Calhoun (1996) by the participants). Sampling method was purposeful and semi-structured interview method was used to collect data. Data analysis was done with the systematic method of Strauss and Corbin (2008) in three stages of open, central and selective coding, and the findings included 140 open codes, 30 central codes and 5 selective codes. Based on the results of the research, a data-based model was developed, including causal factors, underlying factors, intervening factors, strategies, and consequences. Based on the results, it can be said that this model can open the way for psychologists and counselors to increase the post-traumatic growth capacity of parents of children with autism spectrum disorder.
