تاثیرآموزش مثبت نگری بر شفقت به خود و امید به‌زندگی مادران کودکان اتیسم

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی آموزش مثبت‌نگری بر شفقت به خود و امید به‌زندگی مادران کودکان اختلال طیف اتیسم سبزوار انجام شد. روش این پژوهش نیمه‌آزمایشی از نوع پیش آزمون_ پس آزمون باگروه کنترل بود. جامعة آماری این پژوهش شامل تمامی مادران دارای فرزند اختلال طیف اتیسم سبزوار در سال تحصیلی 97-1396 بود. بدین منظور تعداد 36 مادر دارای فرزند مبتلا به اتیسم بر حسب شرایط ورود به پژوهش به عنوان نمونه انتخاب و به صورت گمارش تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش(18نفر) وکنترل (18نفر) جای‌دهی شدند. پس از انجام پیش‌آزمون به کمک پرسشنامه‌های شفقت به خود و پرسشنامه امید به‌زندگی، گروه آزمایشی ده جلسه (هرهفته یک جلسه) 75دقیقه‌ای برنامة آموزش مثبت-نگری را دریافت کرد. درحالی که گروه کنترل هیچ برنامة مداخله‌ای دریافت نکرد. پس از پایان دورة آموزشی از هر دو گروه پس‌آزمون به‌عمل آمد و داده‌های به‌دست آمده با استفاده از روش‌های آمارتوصیفی (میانگین، انحراف استاندارد) و آمار استنباطی (تحلیل کواریانس چند متغیره) باکمک نرم افزار spss) ویراست 23) تجزیه و تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد که آموزش مثبت‌نگری بر شفقت به خود، امید به‌زندگی و مولفه‌های آن‌ها در مادران کودکان اختلال طیف اتیسم سبزوار تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. بنابراین، آموزش مثبت‌نگری یک برنامة مداخله‌ای موثر برای کمک به مادران کودکان اختلال طیف اتیسم است.
