مقایسه اثربخشی درمان به کمک حیوان خانگی و بازی درمانی بر مولفه های اختلالات رفتاری کودکان دبستانی

چکیده

هدف: این پژوهش با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی درمان به کمک حیوان خانگی وبازی درمانی برمولفه‌های اختلالات رفتاری کودکان دبستانی انجام شد.
روش: پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ ماهیت نیمه آزمایشی با طرح سه گروهی با پیش‌آزمون پس‌آزمون بود. جامعه آماری در این پژوهش عبارت بود از کلیه دانش‌آموزان پسر دبستانی مراجعه کننده به هسته مشاوره آموزش و پرورش و مرکز مشاوره ماهان شهرستان ملایر که تشخیص اختلال رفتاری داشتند. اعضای نمونه در این پژوهش در قالب گروه کنترل و دو گروه آزمایش هرکدام به تعداد 15 نفر از میان افراد دارای ملاک‌های ورود به این پژوهش به روش تصادفی جایگزین شدند. برای ارزیابی اختلالات رفتاری آزمودنی‌ها از پرسشنامه راتر (مقیاس معلم) استفاده شد. جلسات درمان به کمک حیوان خانگی برای گروه آزمایش1 بر اساس محتوای پیشنهادی پاریش-پلاس (2016) و فاین (2015) در ده جلسه ارائه شد. محتوای جلسات بازی‌درمانی برای گروه آزمایش2 بر اساس بازی‌های پیشنهادی کداسن و شفر (2010) در ده جلسه ارائه شدند. برای آزمون فرضیه‌ها از تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیره استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد تأثیر درمان به کمک حیوان خانگی بر مؤلفه‌های اختلالات رفتاری معنی‌دار نبود. همچنین نتایج نشان داد تأثیر بازی‌درمانی بر مؤلفه‌های اختلالات رفتاری معنی‌دار بوده است. نتایج آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی نشان داد که دو روش درمانی در همه مؤلفه‌ها تفاوت معنی‌داری با هم نداشتند.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌های پژوهش، به نظر می‌رسد بازی‌درمانی و درمان به کمک حیوان خانگی، در کاهش اختلالات رفتاری کودکان دبستانی، نقش مهمی داشته‌اند.

چکیده [English]

Objective: The present study aimed is Comparison of the Effectiveness of Animal-Assisted Therapy and play therapy In reducing Primary school children Components of behavioral disorders.
Method: To investigate research assumptions, in semi-experimental formatting, 45 student were selected through Randomly sampling, and placed randomly in the Animal-Assisted Therapy (15 student), play therapy (15 student) and control group (15 student). All three groups in a pre-test, post-test were assessed by Rutter behavioral disorders scale. The experiment groups was exposed to 10 sessions Animal-Assisted Therapy and play therapy, the control groups was not exposed to any intervention. The data were analyzed by Multivariate analysis of variance and post hoc test (Bonferoni).
Results: The results showed that effect of Animal-Assisted Therapy was not significant on the components of behavioral disorders. The results also showed that the effect of play therapy on the components of behavioral disorders was significant. The results of Bonferroni post hoc test showed that the two treatments were not significantly different in all components.
Conclusion: According to the research findings, It seams Assisted Therapy and play therapy Have played an important role In reducing Primary school children behavioral disorders.
